Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional and confidential counselling, education and training service for personal and work-related problems. It is designed to assist employees in identifying and resolving their concerns which may range from emotional stress, general health, drug and alcohol, marital and family to other issues that may affect their personal and professional performance.

The EAP services provided by Solstice Mind Matters, are conducted by registered psychologists with clinical, educational and training experience. These services may be individually based or presented in group workshops and seminars and may include:

The individual counselling sessions are strictly private and completely confidential and offer a range of evidence-based techniques for personal support, evaluation and assessment of the issues, development of more effective coping skills and problem solving strategies, as well as referral if needed. The services will assist in developing personal skills, feeling more in control of emotions, working through relationship and family issues and becoming more focused in all personal and professional areas.
